Supported Living

Trusted, Person-Centred Care You Can Rely On
Supported Living Services (Independent Living Support)
Empowering independence with the right level of support.
Our Supported living services support people live as independently as possible while still receiving the support they need. We support adults typically aged 18-65 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, physical or sensory impairments or other support needs.
Unlike residential care homes, supported living usually means the person has their own tenancy or home and receives tailored support there. Can involve living alone or sharing with 2-3 others, often with 24/7 support availability. Services offered vary depending on the individual’s needs.
Supported living is designed for people who:
- Want more independence
- Do not need full-time residential care
- Need some level of ongoing support to manage daily life safely
